Beginner English Paper Piecing - Modern Technique (EPP)

What is English Paper Piecing? – English paper piecing (EPP) involves stabilizing fabric pieces with paper before sewing them into intricate designs. It is most effective for shapes that do not have long straight sides and will require numerous set-in corners, such as hexagons. Because EPP is done by hand, it makes a terrific on-the-go project.

With English Paper Piecing, there is no need for a craft room. You can work on the projects at any time or place; you are not tied down to a sewing machine. All that is needed are just a few basic supplies that would fit into a small case.

If you are like so many people who put off learning how to sew but are hesitant to take on a sewing project because of time, space or money, English Paper Piecing tackles ALL of those issues.

Note: The picture displayed is Ania's latest EPP completed project. This class is a technique class and will get your started on your EPP journey!
